YellowBrollyCo started because we kept seeing the same problem: teams adopting powerful digital tools and losing their identity in the process. We spent years in consulting and branding, watching organizations struggle with technology that didn't match their values. So we built YellowBrolly to close that gap, combining strategic rigor with creative empathy, grounded in People Matter Culture.

Chief Executive Officer
Jon brings over 14 years of experience across sales, marketing, content creation, and organizational leadership. Past leadership roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at ITEX Barter Canada, and Creative & Marketing Team Member as well as Ministerial Director of Life Groups at Lifelink Church. Skilled in campaign leadership, client relationship management, and digital strategy, Jon combines strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities. This expertise positions the company for sustainable growth and innovation in the digital transformation space.

Chief Growth Officer
Aimee brings over 10 years of experience in website design, digital transformation, and change management. Her previous leadership roles include Senior Manager of Innovation & Product Development at Synergy Lab, Eastern Ontario Innovation Corridor Lead and Communications Specialist at Spark Centre, and Global Internal HR Communications Business Partner at IHG. With a proven track record of driving sales growth, launching innovative programs, and enhancing customer and employee experiences, she combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. Her expertise in program development, international business engagement, and digital transformation positions the company to scale effectively and capture new market opportunities.

Chief Marketing Officer
Abbey brings extensive leadership and creative expertise across design, communications, and organizational development. Formerly Owner & Lead Designer at Our Creative Factory in Toronto, she has also held leadership roles at King Street Community Church, Lifelink Church in Arizona, and Master's College & Seminary. Her background spans brand strategy, social media, and digital design, combined with team leadership and community engagement. She focuses on creating impactful user experiences that align brand growth with culture and business goals.
